I travelled on my own for a wedding. The location is within close proximity to the Motorway so that was convenient and I also enjoyed shopping at the Designer Outlet which was close by.
The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I also appreciate the exceptional service I received from Mandy, she was amazing, professional and helpful. She is definitely a credit to this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fab budget hotel. Rooms were basic but clean and equipped. Restaurant staff were fantastic, very accommodating when we were celebrating a double birthday whilst with them. They decorated our table, allowed us to have birthday cake, etc. It was a really good experience.

Lily is very courteous and efficient. The staff overall are very professional and a good laugh. The staff in brewers failure are also fantastic, the food however could do with improving.

The rooms are very clean and presentable, been here many times and have never been disappointed.

What an amazing Premier Inn this was, nothing was too much trouble. Arrived very early but they found us a room quickly, the extra cost was well worth being in the room at 11.00.
Restaurant was super busy but both breakfast and evening meal was superb ...
Great stay thoroughly recommend

I stayed here on a business trip. I normally stay in a different branded hotel but so glad I stayed at this Premier Inn. The reception staff were really friendly and couldn't do any more for me. Lady with the blonde hair on check out was really friendly and wished me a good day which put me in a great mood. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was really nice. 
Overall a great place to stay and has really set the bar for me and Premier Inn.

This hotel is fabulous. We stayed over the weekend while visiting family in the area. When checking in we were greeted by a friendly team member who asked how are journey had been and seem actually interested in us as guests. We were advised to book a table in the restaurant which we did and we were glad we did as it got really busy. Food was lovely and breakfast was plentiful and set us all us for the day. Amazing value as 2 kids eat free when adults buy the full English so cost us £20 for 4 of us. When checking out the housekeeping team we seen on the corridors were friendly and one even asked if we needed help with luggage.  Thank you to all the team.

We stayed over a weekend. 
The hotel was really easy to find and accessible. 
We were greeted and checked in by Kevin, he’s was fantastic. Booked us tables and helped up upgrade to meal deals. 
Food was great in the attached restaurant and breakfast was great too, very fresh. 
Room was immaculately clean, couldn’t fault it at all. 
Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money. On site Brewers Fayre meant that we did not have to travel anywhere for dinner and breakfast.
Great location close to motorway and McArthur Glen Outlet Mall. 


Been coming to this premier inn weekly for over 3 months now for work the staff just make you feel so at home. They are so helpful, friendly and happy to do anything for you It's just them little personal touches that keeps me coming back. Big thanks to charlene,Matt Steph,Claire and everyone else who has given me such a positive experience thanks team

Almost Perfect. Not least being undisturbed sleep and good food available in evening as well as 6.30 in the morning which I needed for my day's work. If I had a complaint it would be that the breakfast was a couple of minutes late after 6.30 and the first item I chose on dinner menu the previous evening cost extra so I had to go with 2nd favourite! All in all though  fantastic value for money and near my workplace.

Best night's sleep I've had in ages

Hotel was nice and everything that a premier inn stands for. Room was comfy and was sufficient for my 1 night stay on business. 
My stay was ruined when my catalytic converter was stolen, i had no idea until i was in my car the next morning. I want to say a big thank you to the receptionist who took the time to look under my car and assist me and advise me. This was not part off her job but was appreciated. The staff dealt with this well and it hasn't put me off staying again.

Nice hotel

5 stars from start to finish.
Greeted with smiles and plenty of warmth. Claire and steph on reception was exceptional. They catered to our every need. We had a long journey in and was exhausted. They checked us in, booked our tables for breakfast and carried our bags upstairs. 
Breakfast next morning was very good and had everything we liked.
We are back in july for a wedding so i look forward to our return.

Outstanding

Painting murals in a new play centre nearby, working long hours in a cold new premises. It was lovely to return each night to the cleanliness, warmth & comfort of this hotel, just 5 mins drive away, and rekax in pyjamas, doing a sudoku.Ate a cold meal then spent another hour designing for the next day., with cups of tea. Hard slog made easy with this friendly reliable hotel.
