Booked 3 days here back in February for only $36 USD per night.  The location is directly in the center of Rawai Beach.  Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.  However, you will need a taxi or motorcycle to get to Yanui Beach or Nai Hairn Beach. Big room with lots of space. Bathtub in the shower. Big balcony.  Nice sized pool with warm water. Only downside was wifi didn't work in my room so I frequently had to go to the lobby for internet access.

Nice hotel in the heart of Rawai Beach

Reception is unmanned until exactly 1400 causing a backlog of customers waiting to all check in at once and the receptionist is also the bell boy hence disappears showing everyone to their rooms. Despite advertising sea/pool or garden view my room faced a 4 story wall totally blocking out any sunlight. There was absolutely no internet in this room and when i spoke to reception she said she was already aware of that and if i want to use wifi i must come sit in reception ...... so lucky i only booked 2 nights here.... as a regular customer to Rawai i can honestly say avoid this place unless you want to gamble on which room they decide to give you.

I came back from a night out and was playing with a stray cat and the security came at me with a baton ready to kill me. That is all. never again. Other than that the rooms wew ok but expensive for what it is

Angry security

Walked in to get a price and book a room for one month.
Thai girl at front desk struggled to make eye contact as she fiddled with copy machine.
I asked how much is a room..."no".
I said "how much is a room?". I got another "no".
Cash in hand and ready to pay in full for one month, but all I got was a couple "no".
"Full". I said ok how much is a room? Her response was "I don't sure". Well can you check? "No".
I said ok Trip Advisor will get a review right quick and your owner won't like it.
She didn't care.  Shrugged her shoulders as if to say go away, I don't care.
Definitely DO NOT stay at this hotel.


Horrible Front Desk

We arrived at the hotel very early at 8am thinking we could take an extra night by arriving so we paid to get a room before the said time but the hotel was full.(This is the first time we let the unexpected happen and it's not a good idea) We were as patient as we could by going for a walk and lunch but with a baby it wasn't easy. The staff were exceptional and provided us with a room at 11:15am for our greatest relief and recognition. We even had a better family room, frankly spat out. Thank you! It's perfect in this hotel.

It's perfect.

Everything was just super perfect. Outstanding hospitality, excelent service by the staff. They were very helpful in trouble when my car was not operational. The accomodation was very clean and huge. The seaview is real. Provided water, coffee and fruits every day. Location good, best experience ever. Good restaurants on walking distance. Easy check in and out. Hope to come back. 

Very Good and nice hotel

My girlfriend and I were in Phuket for three days at the end of June 2016. We visited a few hotels on the premises for the rest of the time, but none of the hotels we liked. So I searched through Internet portals and found them. We instantly fell in love, the perfect hotel. We spent eight nights there. We felt at home. The hotel is clean, modern, lovingly decorated. Including TV, wlan and air conditioning. There is a pool, but who needs something like this when there is the sea. From time to time there are cute little geckos as a roommate in the room. This is friendly and very helpful. We have been informed about the hotel by many motorbike tenants, rawai family bike has all the problems. The hotel is very close to a beautiful hotel, and it is also very convenient to visit, so we can get a good reminder of the fact that it is located on the beach.

Home at Rawai Beach

My husband and I rented this place off of Air BandB. The views of the beach are amazing, however, the beach is not the a good beach for tanning or swimming. The upside is there are a ton of motorbike rental places around and it is only a 15 minute drive to Kata beach. There are a ton of local seafood restaurants within walking distance for this hotel. The room we were in had a small glass top electric stove, which was great because we were able to buy foods locally and have breakfast and dinner in our room when we wanted. It was a very clean and beautiful room.

Beautiful Seaviews

Perfect for all levels, reception, room, wifi, location, swimming pool. Lunch leaves a little to be desired.
