Everything was great, but the view is the sure winner. We were right on the water. We slept with the balcony door open and it was great. Seeing the boats and swans go by, so serene. Just what we needed. The staff is nice, and very accommodating. We had been traveling for weeks and really needed to do laundry. They did it for a reasonable fee. We ended up having Chinese food in the hotel restaurant two out of the three nights we were in town. The food was good and most importantly, no MSG headache. They serve Swiss food too. There were locals in the restaurant and that really added to the atmosphere. Two-minute walk from ship station (ferry). Can't beat that! Could use better water pressure in the shower, but we'll still definitely return.
