We were greeted by a smiling and professional staff and we were at a romantic table on the edge of the small pool. The boss, not to spoil us, offered us some of his famous juicy and tasty terrain with the echalote giving him a little tonic, a malakoff without bread but with a well-balanced mass and a small smoked fish net. Then a sumptuous blue lobster (breton) that we saw frying well before drawing his reverence, cooked perfectly. A quality ice cream dessert.

A hostel like we love them

Very good cooking both simple and sought after. High quality terroir products. Some really nice dishes: beef tartar: salt crusted beef bar plancha seafood meat is of very good quality.

Good with a little bemool.

It was a wonderful discovery and we will come back to it is a certainty! Foie gras entry, extra! Beef flutes, 1x Charlemagne sauce and 1x Equirrel sauce, excellent sauces, our gourmet side would have enjoyed a little more sauce but not to the point of making a reproach. To accompany all this we chose a desire of Gamaret/Merlot bio de Begnins (Parmelin), a very good wine that I recommend. Multigrain field bread, leavened and baked on wood fire from Montricher from LAmie de Pain, excellent. On our next visit we will definitely opt for the beef sauce net that Voronoffon saw 2 x had prepared for the neighbors, we had in the mouth and friendly professional service tables.

What a wonderful discovery

Lunch in the dining room. We choose the deer net in this autumn period. Almost overstuffed toasts and very rich accompaniments. Decoration of dishes of bad taste. Meat is too cooked and dry (presumably left too long waiting in a low-temperature oven), the piece of gourds and coins accompanied are much too cooked.

Average kitchen - without refinement

The hotel is small and very quiet in the heart of the town.The rooms and bathroom are 80 years old and in need of renovation.The rooms are very clean and have free WiFi.One night on the way is fine.Parking is available but not free in the side streets.The staff at the restaurant and hotel seemed unfriendly and only answered in French.Even English or German was not included.Breakfast was included, but unfortunately the coffee was good.There was only a baguette and 1 Croissant, it was not refilled and there was no other choice but an egg and a base of marmalade.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. From the chef picking me up at the station (due to no buses) through to providing adapter for room & humour whilst serving dinner. 
Rooms are quite basic but very clean, and what makes this hotel special is the staff & top class food!

Yes, it's a community inn. And then. Good for the kitchen and service. Seafood plank with lots of local vegetables. Keep it up! Top quality/price report.

That's good.

We took a deer saddle, the meat was really very good, the hunting stuffing was good but not extraordinary with a bemool on the Spaetzlis which was not really traditional, yet it is still a matter of personal taste. The staff is quite friendly although not too attentive.

I recently went to the hostel to eat the hunt: a deer saddle, a big-vein sauce and its accompanying dishes. The cooking experience was very strong and positive. I went back to taste their cute deer net, which was also extremely good! (with a slight preference for deer hunting though).

The hunting is very good!

We took a little walk around the village to discover Etoy. Finally we stopped at the inn for four hours. A Crumble, an appetizing cake and two coffees for... 27 francs! Looking at the note the cake slice was at 8.00 francs and crumbled at 12.00!! Given its size and not exceptional quality we noticed the price at the server. Of course it is not he who makes the prices but we would like to tell the manager our surprise at a similar price for a quarter of an apple and a crushed cookie! Why should we run to this establishment, which I even think of assets. But the prices are absolutely to be repaid!
