There's a small Chinese-style cafe with red lights, a stylish handwritten menu in Chinese and English, and you can ask about food availability, and there's a closed hall, and there's less mosquitoes everywhere, and they cook cheap, and the prices are democratic.

Coffee with Chinese cuisine

We stayed here for five nights at the beginning of our holiday, and came back for the last night at the end. We loved it - it's tastefully furnished - essential but there's everything you might need - kettle to make tea and coffee and a hair-dryer in the bathroom.  Clean sheets and towels - they smell good. The location is perfect - not on the beach, but a stone's throw from it. The bus to Negombo town stops right outside. Oh, and the Internet connection is great, which cannot be said for all the other places we stayed in. To sum up, great value for money   - a marvellous find. We'll be coming here again next year.

Home from home

We had our lunch from that hotel with our Guests today .
Servise very badly . No water / delaying  servise / careless serving / not good food also 
We not recommended  to evryone that place to get food .

Bad servise

Finally a restaurant that cooks their fish and crab perfectly! You can't leave Negombo without going here you will not be disappointed. You might have to wait for your food and the service might not be its best but the food is exceptional. Finally somewhere without chips on the menu. Molly we salute you!

Best Seafood in Negombo

Wow this food is amazing. 

A friend told me that this place has recently changed ownership and the new couple running it certainly know how to cook!!! 

I ordered the prawn noodles and it was a huge portion! My friend had the pineapple, prawn rice and a chicken and peanut dish, all were well presented and both tasted authentic and great. It was not greasy or oily like other Chinese I have tried in Negombo.

The place is decorated uniquely and the menu is hand written/drawn....there are so many items I can’t wait to try.....I will be back!

Best Chinese food in Negombo!

Rooms without a balcony, although when the rental company says it does, lots of chapuzas in the bathroom and bedroom, the wifi doesn't work, we had several light cuts at night, the bed was uncomfortable and made noise every time you moved.

There is no going back.

Nice and clean rooms and good breakfast. Upstairs is a small balcony or you can sit in the small garden. Very friendly and helpful and close to the beach and restaurants. Good value for the money. For the solo traveller they have a dorm room as well. 

Good value 

We went there to eat and we went back there! Rice, pineapple shrimp, peanut chicken and delicious potato soup! Original, worked. Prices higher than average but it's worth it. Just avoid juices that aren't fresh (but in bottle).

Chinese restaurant

I recommend the restaurant located at the guest house - delicious, traditional food! 
The advantages of this place are also close to the beach and the service is very nice.

Unfortunately room was average. It has air conditioner and the mosquito net (plus for that). Room was rather clean as opposed to the bathroom which was in a terrible and unclean condition. Breakfasts included but very poor. The kitchen and dining area could also be cleaner too.

Excellent cooking

Tea on offer, small breakfast, the room is clean and nice with a view of the sea! The staff is nice! The accommodation is cheap and good spot before the rest of the Pit&Pet trip ends.
