They do not clean the kitchen and kitchen utensils often and hence there are cockroaches. In fact they do not clear the trash even! However basic amenities are there. The apartment on top is better than the apartment below. Free wifi, TV, AC and all that were all there. A decent place to laze around, cook and relax.
