We rent second floor of the Accoma Villa for 3 weeks (18 des to 10 jan 2016) and we are very Satisfied!!! Both bedrooms had air-condition. It was clean, spacious, and came with a full kitchen and have a great balcony. It is near the beach (7-10 min walk) and it is easy to go by tuk tuk or walk to places in Hikkaduwa. The owner is very service minded, courteous, friendly and very helpful, and will help you with anything you need. You can arrange to go on tours or day trips by talking to the owner. He will also recommend nice hotels, restaurants and other tourist spots. We had to trips (1 day and 2 day trip) over the island with him. And we liked it so much! It was nice to have everything taken care of! He even arranged Christmas decorations on our porch on Christmas Eve I will recommend this Villa to everybody -families, couples, or singles. We found the villa to be safe and it felt like we was at home – there was a man who was guard at night. Overall my first trip to Sri Lanka was a very good experience and the locals are warm and friendly people. You will not find a more peaceful or lovely place to stay at such a ok price. I haven't enough words to express my impressions. Thank you, Chandana!:-)
