4 reviewsI have always been facinated with Spanish History and my own family tree....entering el Recer is like being part of a chapter of long forgotten spanish History...not only is it authentic, in its appearance (by the way, misleading form the outside) it feels like you aren´t just staying at a guest house, but actually visiting a dear relative, in this case Toni. Toni grew up there, and his house has exisited since the 1800's, only by his family....he will be no short of unforthcoming with family stories...just ask.... We also had a chance to be led by "Bob" the house pointer dog through the wineyards and into the forest behind the house,from where we could admire the valley....fun times! Breakfast was a Winner! 6 or more different types of cheeses, great coffee.... Cleanliness was top and we had the room on the back, thus very quiet...beautful furniture and very spacous en suite bathroom....lovely details everywhere!
