Iberostar Selection Albufera Park - All Inclusive

From the second we walked into reception we knew we had booked an unbelievable hotel. The decor is wowing, the slide from the top of reception down to the bottom is a fabulous touch for children. The reception staff are professional and the best I have encountered, always helpful and smiling, nothing is a problem. Our check in was smooth and we were greeted with a chilled glass of champagne and water in champagne flutes for the children (age 11 & 13) which they loved. Our room was fantastic, the dividing sliding door gives you enough privacy away from the children. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was wonderful to know the children were on proper bed mattress' too not a sofa bed. This is important to me when choosing a hotel. The food is amazing, such choice! You couldn't fail to find anything you like. And the restaurants are so well organised, you are always greeted by staff and an ice cold drink. The pools are wonderful, the kids especially loved the bounce dome. We tended to sit around the pools at playa with having slightly older children. At 10:30am we could always find sunbeds with shade! The beach is on the doorstep and the sea is stunning. Brilliant waves for fun too. The entertainment team work non stop and are a credit to the hotel. Having drinks stations to allow you to access water / soft drinks / slush yourself is genius. There were never any queues at the bars. And I especially loved that they didn't use single use plastic bottles. I could write a lot more about this hotel, it was definitely one of the best we have stayed in and we will definitely be repeat Iberostar customers now
