Pirates Village

Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. We were all inclusive but great to have fridge, microwave etc. Minor negative - Only mirror was in the bathroom so would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready but not a big issue. Shower was broken and when reported to reception it was fixed immediately. All rooms look over the pool. Patio door handle was also out of reach for my young children. Felt very safe and secure. Food was great, loved the choice. Different menu every day. Lovely choice and my kids aged 7, 5 and 3 ate very well due to the choice available. Good healthy food all on offer with plenty of deserts too. Cleaning staff always available with multiple people Cleaning the restaurant, toilets etc regularly throughout the day. Great pools with plenty of lifeguards on duty. Something literally for everyone. AstroTurf round the pool area. Only negative around the pool was that whilst the hotel stipulates that the sunbeds are unlocked at 9.30 and towels shouldn't be left before this, people had their towels laid out on the ground from the early hours of the morning where they wanted their sun beds to be. Then stood waiting before 9.30 for the beds to be unlocked. This was frustrating as to get a space you had to do the same. Kids club and entertainment 2nd to none. Really lovely caring staff looking after the kids club. Pirates were brilliant, very funny and be prepared for plenty of interaction. Foam party's, water fights mermaid lessons! Anything you could want to do it available. Evening shows were really really good with all ages enjoying them. Alot of families we met seem to go to back to this hotel multiple times and we woukd definitely consider going back next year!
