Phenomenal swimming pool and restaurant, very professional treatment, a paradise in Malagon in mid-August to spend a great day, it is convenient to book, especially to order paella, you can not miss such an experience.

The OASIS in LA is MANCHA.

Ana is a charm if what you're looking for is a 5 star no vayas instead if what you're looking for is a great hotel and a wonderful deal with an excellent dinner.

Treatment of 5 stars for the price of two and quality of 4 except for your dinner which is 5 stars.

Beautiful building well located, the horrifying rooms, lack of hygiene, lack of maintenance, falling water in the shower, a pointless, but there was no other option, expensive for the horror than that. Included some good tear gas in the rooftops.

Horrible!

The reality of the rooms and facilities does not resemble the photos at all. LACK OF PROFESSIONALITY: although we made up to 2 calls warning of the time of entry (with delay, at 5 p.m.) the room was not ready when we arrived. The manager (or owner, Ana) adjudicated us on the way to the - according to her- best room: MUY SUCIA, dirt-filled floor, we were in the bathroom (yes, telarañas). When we were told that we were (reserving for 2 days) bound by the shameful state of the room, a complaint was apparently made (by someone else) that we loved the room (except for our customers) because of the extreme lack of hygiene and the lack of professionalism of our room, and that we could not afford to pay the minimum penalty, despite the fact that our customers were both unsatisfied with the room.

That's terrible, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is charming, as is its owner, Ana, affectionate and attentive from the very beginning. The customer service is excellent... It has been a pleasure to meet and know this wonderful hotel, which has nothing to envy of the more stellar hotels.

This hotel isn't worth these stars the boss and the waitress are alcoholics it looks more like a hotel cold shower pass tv no its food zero camp bed never holds up anymore they'll have the ads they deserve she was drunk and her waitress too at 2am she put us out my husband my little girl 6 years old and me myself to rent her room has a couple of two gentlemen she called the police to put us out it's a hotel that should be closed long ago the boss and the waitress are not friendly at all take the customers for dogs we had to spend the night in our car we didn't pay for the room in this hotel that doesn't hold its place on either TripAdvisor or on booking or on any website

It's a terrible hotel.

We had the reservation there since January 30, 2021 as we were going to the Castilla-La Mancha high school opposition.On June 18 (the day before the opposition) at 10:00 p.m., we arrived at the hotel and the lady told us that she would send us to another hotel without mediating a word about the reason and for 2€ more than agreed on per room.Before this proposal we understood that where she sent us was superior and we went to the accommodation States del Duque (vean y comparen).Today she tells me, in bags and hanging up the phone, that she had many opponents.Now she will have to prove that she takes those reservations before the hotel.

A service and attention far better than most of the star hotels, charming in every way, is worth visiting and getting to know the site, its facilities and especially the wonderful staff that will attend to you.

Hotel charming 

The place is quiet, comfortable and with large rooms. At all times we were welcomed with luxury at the reception. Ana is very kind and attentive, so you feel at home. They have a large swimming pool, which was a shame not to be able to use because it was winter. In addition, she told us that they were going to install an elevator, so she is concerned about continuous improvements. Very recommended for everyone. You expect great luxuries, as Ana says, but if attention, cleanliness and comfort.
