OMG! Unbeknowst to us were there during Pride week, which meant all the roads close between approximately 6 pm and 6 am. We needed to get to the Madrid Airport for an 8:30 flight. When we got our 5 am. wakeup call, we asked for a taxi and were told impossible because of Pride. Our concierge and front desk staff jumped through hoopes to resolve our problem and get us to the airport on time. Besides that, the hotel is in a great location within a walking distance to 2 large plazas. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great. And breakfasts delicious. Fresh fruits, imberico Jamon and salumi. The only room for improvement is the coffee. I would stay there again.
