I stayed here with my boyfriend last week. YES points: I am very glad to say that the room was extremely clean (and it was cleaned daily), the towels were changed daily, toilet paper re-filled regularly. Every room has a private bathroom which is not always a given in Madrid in similar facilities. The owners, a married couple, were very kind and eager to know if everything was going well (yes, they speak Spanish, not English, but hey, as far as I know we are in Spain) The location was perfect: just a minute walk from the Estrecho tube stop, on the n. 1 line (the one that goes to the city centre with stops in Sol, Gran Via and so on). The neighbourhood is very lively, full of shops and bars (and safe, my sister lives there). NAH points: The walls could be a bit more isolated but, if the other guests are not too loud, you will be able to sleep just fine. I definitely would stay here again.
