The location of Huespedes Toledo is amazing - just about everywhere you would want to go in Madrid is within easy strolling distance. The Hostal itself is in a safe location - you have to buzz to get in - and there is a lift which was really helpful as we had a toddler with us. The building is fabulous - classic Madrileno! The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. TV in room, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a shared fridge all included - a great perk for the bargain price. The lovely family who run the Hostal were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind (we forgot to bring our buggy, and they arranged a second hand one for us including calling the seller to arrange pick-up!) If you are looking for clean, friendly, authentic value accommodation in the heart of the city then I couldn't recommend Huespedes Toledo more. I look forward to going back!
