We have just stayed at your hotel for 4 nights left 19.07.25. I cannot fault the hotel and staff the rooms are gorgeous and the cleaning staff that go in daily are fantastic. We were breakfast only which was great. We had an altercation with one of your guest that just checked in on the day we was leaving she was in one of the swim up rooms she intimidated one of your other guest by telling them the large pool was only for them rooms to which they immediately left the pool. Then she came up to me and my husband telling us it was a private pool and for them only and we had to get out. I told her it was a swim up pool and the beds outside her room was private but the actual pool was not to which she started swearing and her son did too. To which then the manager came and tried to explain to her that is a large pool and her beds was private as it says it is a swim up pool on your website not a PRIVATE pool. She wasn’t happy at all and ruined what was a fantastic holiday. Just wanted to say your manager and pool staff was brilliant Ivan is very polite and a credit to your hotel many thanks. We were in room 624 which the balcony looks over the front of the hotel the balcony was huge. Definitely would come back. Thank you
