983 reviewsJust come back today and wanted to write a review because I think some on here are really harsh. We got a fantastic deal and for what we paid it was definitely worth it. All inclusive until 7pm was utilised to the max 🤣 and this included cocktails. Some of the branded spirits have an additional cost but there's something for everyone. Our room was clean and basic.. just what we needed for a bozzy weekend. Why on earth would the hotel make the rooms any better when their target audience are people staying to party - We saw large male groups take Mick and trash rooms.. the hotel do the best with what they have. The reception area is fab, and we were welcomed with drinks and the lovely boss bitchhh lady - In the nicest possible way, we loved her - Blonde hair and green outfit. All the staff were great - polite, welcoming and would help with any enquiries. The staff always said hello and checked in with us. The pool outside isn't the best and the seating isn't particularly comfy but you make the most out of it. Our speaker was louder than the music playing so we recommend taking your own. They can't increase the volume past a certain decibel... so why its called a music resort is alittle misleading. The music in the indoor pool is louder - but when in the pool they ask people not to splash because of the expensive equipment - This area needs reviewing. Unfortunately the outdoor bar wasn't open so was alittle annoying getting up and having to go through hotel but not end of world. The rooftop wasn't open either so can't comment on that. Some days people who aren't staying in the hotel will come for the pool party. On these days people did not look impressed with the lack of music. A DJ came on and no one could hear it- I think quite a few people complained. The food is ... about a 3 outta 10. But you can find something to line your stomach. The breakfast was the best meal and set us up for day. Overall we were all really happy with the hotel, the staff and what we paid. Be prepared to walk around aimlessly at night if you take a wrong turn up the hill 🤣🤣 Fab long weekend ❤️❤️❤️
