Hotel con encanto - SPA Kinédomus Bienestar

Stayed in April 2019 for a week of regional culture, wine tours and gastronomy. The location is perfect, just outside Aranda de Duero, but very quiet setting next to the river. The rooms are very unique, with a bath made from an old wine barrel, which is a nice touch. The shower had the most pressure ever, something rare to find these days. The french doors opened onto a small balcony looking directly onto the Duero river. The breakfasts are delicious, very Spanish, and not a fried egg in sight! Selection of cold meats, cheeses, tortilla's, pan con tomate, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, and juices, all that you could need. Samuel is a great host, always there for any questions or assistance, and voluntarily gave us several trip suggestions with printed maps and restaurant recommendations, once he knew what type of trip we were there for. Samuel took us on a tour of the ancient wine cellars beneath Aranda which was extremely interesting. The spa facilities on site were excellent, and well worth utilising, the weather wasn't quite warm enough for taking advantage of the huge outdoor pool. Would happily stay there again, and I'm sure we'll be back to the fabulous area, and unsurpassed wine! Thanks for everything Samuel.
