Writing my review while still here as I know everything will still be spot on when I leave. Arrived late at night & check in was very smooth & a complimentary bottle of water in fridge was appreciated. So many positives to name about this beautiful hotel. I put a request in & was happy it was granted ☺️, an amazing walk in closet, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water every day & conditioner, shampoo & even moisturiser in bathroom. Fluffy towels replaced every day if needed, comfy housecoats & slippers also. A free safe which is very rare these days. Shower is fantastic. We found plenty of choice at breakfast ( we didn't go half-board as hotel is situated in a great location with lots of fab restaurants nearby) & omelette station became my go to place most mornings washed down with a glass of cava! What a delight having a heated pool as well as a smaller one on the roof top which has some beautiful views. Now here comes the gem for me...the fantastic (fair haired) lifeguard that made sure no towels were left on sunbeds after ' you know the type' people left them on & disappeared for ages 👏🏼. Really no need for people to do that as plenty of beds! Every member of staff from housekeeping, breakfast staff, front of house & pool staff are so friendly & definitely they contribute to the great atmosphere at this hotel. We are planning on returning next year & hopefully we can discuss with staff our room location again 🤞🏼. So on that note I am away to have a pleasant swim in the child free pool.
