I had a really lovely stay at Derwent House. The staff were brilliant from the outset — genuinely helpful and cheerful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The décor is gorgeous and the whole place has a warm, easy ambience that makes you feel settled straightaway. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the location is spot-on for getting around. All in all, a very comfortable and welcoming stay. I’d happily go back.
