Located in a recently renovated XVIII century market yard, about 1,5 km walk to nearest Sennaya metro. Inner courtyard now has a food court, bar and some activities. Front desk staff was very helpful and efficient when confirming a few details in advance via email. Good recognition of loyal IHG Platinum members on arrival. Got upgraged to a superior room which was huge. Staff was geniunly friendly throughout the stay. Good handling of COVID protocols - masks and hand sanitizers were made available for the guests. Every morning before proceeding to the breakfast buffet every guest was issued a mask and a pair of disposable gloves as well. Hotel was also quick to repurpose one of the conference rooms into an extra breakfast buffet to help deal with the overcrowding during the weekends.
