Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From 09/21/2025 to 10/06/2025, the pool at FitnessHousePremium will undergo an annual draining process and guests will not be able to use the pool.
A registration fee is charged: RUB 300.00 for each guest who is not a citizen of the Russian Federation.
The cost of a one-time visit to the swimming pool at FitnessHousePremium (ValoRamada building) is RUB 1200.00 per guest. Visits are available only to guests over 14 years old.

Little bit away from the central location but well connected through tram, buses and metro. Metro, bus and tram station are very very close. It is opposite a mall which has food court. The whole area is clean. There are few other apart-hotels and Ramada inn. If you can get it a price of $75, it is worth every penny.
Staff was professional and well trained, especially George at the reception. His English was good and he was helpful, courteous
