I’ve spent more than decade work in hospitality industry, i do know how to deliver a successful service to the end, and the 2 guys in reception Mr. illya and the other one they help me alot. They both success to implement hospitality to the highest level.
I checked-out 3rd Feb around 11.40am
There were 2 receptionists guy work at that time, the other one i forgot his name. Both of them deserve promotion!
