192 reviewsWe could only stay a short time because this hotel was heavily booked but we know why. It's fantastic. Great location, staff, rooms, decor, service. The presentation of the breakfast was artistic. This hotel has a comfortable, secure and wonderfully positive feel. It's great for public transport and walking distance to key attractions. Elisa (spelling?) was manager during our stay and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She is an example of how to do this job well. She made us feel welcome in Russia, not just Moscow. We were in Moscow during an unseasonally warm autumn week and outdoor meals at the nearby Georgian restaurant were terrific. I hope I have another hotel experience that is this good. Thank you.
