Very good, patient staff, excellent location, cleaned the room every day, which saved us a lot of time and nerves, because we wanted to have a lot to see in Moscow... Everything was great in the room, the controller didn't always work for the TV... cleaned every day for great.. very polite staff.

I don't like the price of laundry, I think it's too expensive, like 300 or 400 rubles a washing machine cost, but that's my personal opinion.

It has removed your suspicion about monitoring you - there is no camera in the work computer)), but there is an administrator's workplace where, like any other hotel, all questions regarding the service of guests are solved behind the reception desk - so it is supposed - to be always in touch with guests, the administrator is behind the workplace until all guests return and settle down. About the refrigerator - we have our own rules that do not limit the freedom of guests, our service like this has not offended anyone yet), rather, on the contrary, all our rules for the order and tranquility of our guests.
