Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport.

Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 21:00.

Late check-in after 08:00 PM will be charged RUB 3000.00.

The apartment accommodates up to 13 people.

Check-in is contactless; key collection occurs after payment of the security deposit and cleaning fee.

Viewings of the apartment are not available; check-in is based on confirmed bookings.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional full day fee, subject to prior agreement and availability.

The apartment is under the surveillance and protection of the National Guard.

One room in the apartment does not have a window, another room is a walkthrough, while the remaining three rooms have windows and one balcony.

Guests must pay the full amount and a mandatory security deposit in advance of check-in. Check-in information will be provided upon receipt of a passport photo, including the registration page, and the guest's selfie via WhatsApp, and full payment for the flat. The security deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to a complete cleaning and inspection of the apartment, on the check-out day if no damage has occurred, or within seven days if damage is found and needs to be addressed.

To arrange check-in, guests need to contact the administration in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. On request, check-in with a check-in manager can be arranged for an additional fee of 3000.00 RUB.

Requests for a one-day extension of stay and late check-out must be sent by 10:00 PM the previous day.

Bedding is stored in the closet; guests are expected to take bedding only based on the number of guests. Additional bed linens and towels are charged at RUB 700.00 per set.

If two additional towels are purchased (in addition to the number allocated for guests in the reservation), an additional charge of RUB 200.00 applies.

For bookings of more than five guests, a surcharge of 1000.00 RUB per person per night is required.

Guests are financially responsible for any damaged, broken, or lost property and must compensate for the incurred damages.

Actions resulting in a forfeiture of the security deposit include:

1. More occupants than reported staying in the apartment.

2. Noise from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM — breaking this rule also leads to immediate eviction without a deposit refund or return of the remaining accommodation fee.

3. Unwashed dishes, dirty refrigerator or microwave, stained walls, and kitchen cabinets, disorder in the apartment.

4. Smoking in the apartment, presence of ashtray odors in trash bins, tobacco, and other smoking mixtures.

5. Usage of additional bedding and towels beyond what is allocated for each sleeping arrangement without prior agreement.

6. Rearranging large furniture without permission.

7. Causing material damage to the apartment or communal property.

8. Walking inside the apartment in outdoor shoes or bringing strollers, bikes beyond the entrance hall.

9. Guests ringing the intercom or doorbells of neighbors and disturbing them.
