Splendid accommodation that delivers what it promises: a gorgious view, a nice room and a very kind hospitality. Waking up early you can enjoy an unforgettable sunrise. To reach the beach you need good legs otherwise the shuttle takes you close enough

It is hard to get a view in Sirolo.  I think this is one of three places that offer it.  It is also has an excellent location close to centro storio and the piazza with its view over the sea. The rooms here are about 15ft by 15 ft plus a bathroom.  There is no breakfast.  You get that a nice bar nearby for about $20 for two.  Parking is about 6 blocks away in public parking.  The rooms all open on to a shared terrace / walkway. They have double window doors that open onto the walkway.  If you get an end room like we did then no one would walk in front of your room.  The owner, Aldo, is very nice, a good conversationalist and a bit informal.  It took some time to reach him in winter to make the reservation but he fullfilled every promise and committment once we got a hold of him -  use whatsapp - he is very responsive there.   In the morning the sun is too bright to hang out on deck but in afternoon there is shade and it is nice to hang out there.  For us this was the best option in Sirolo as we really want a view but don't need a place to be fancy otherwise.  It is also quiet at night - though restaurant just below will have some noise until it closes.

We really enjoyed staying here.  The rooms are basic but fresh and clean, but the view is the standout!  You get a superb view of the sea from your bedroom window and from the small balcony outside.  It is also only a very short walk to the main square.  Aldo is a very friendly host.

We stayed at the Camera con Vista Mare in Sirolo this May 2016 and ha d a wonderful time. Sirolo is a delightful town on the east coast south of Ancona and Aldo is your perfect host. The rooms are, clean, comfortable and airy with great views. The restaurant on the next level down is excellent as are lots of the places to eat in town.
We ate breakfast on our little terrace outside our room most mornings.

Been here for a day warm welcomed and name confirm what you have booked for. Rooms are clean and comfortable for a short or a couple of days stay . Panorama is astonishing from every rooms since all them have the same view along the terrace that serves as access to them.  

It would be hard to beat the wonderful views from the balcony. Truly amazing. The accommodation is clean and fresh and has all the basics, including air conditioning. Aldo is an extremely friendly and helpful host. Breakfast is in the bar across the road and couldn't have been better. We are already planning to return in September!

We wanted a hotel with a sea view, and this had it in spades!  This must be the best view in town ... fabulous!  There are about five rooms, all on the top floor and with spectacular views.  And it's very close to town too - just five minutes walk to the town square with all its restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in a little twin room, which was fine for night or two but might have been a bit small for a longer holiday.  It had double doors leading out onto the terrace.  There was a tiny TV and a wardrobe, and that was about it.  The bathroom was fine, though small, with a shower.

Outside was a communal terrace ... it was lovely for sitting, reading and admiring the view ... that view!!!!  But it did mean we didn't have much privacy in our room, as people walked back and forth in front.  If we stayed again, we'd splash out for the double room at the end of the row, which is much more private.

Aldo was the very best of hosts, most welcoming and helpful, with good English.  He helped us with car parking, and with directions to the beach.  If you order breakfast, you get a voucher for a little cafe in town ... Aldo was on hand to help us carry back our purchases so we could eat on the terrace with THAT VIEW!  He also gave us extra cake, and coffee.

Weirdly, the floor below appears to be the "Sea View B&B", while the restaurant on the lower terrace, and the pool, are entirely separate.  All down to a family dispute apparantly!

All in all, a very good experience, and I'd certainly stay here again.
