U-Visionary Roma Hotel

This was our third time staying here, we first came for 4 nights in February to celebrate my Fiancées 50th birthday, when the staff found out this, they arranged for a bottle of bubbly & a small cake to be delivered to our room, such a nice gesture! We loved Rome & this fantastic hotel so much that we couldn't wait to return, as soon as we got home we started planning to return & we came back for another 4 nights in April, on arrival the hotel had arranged for a bottle of bubbly on ice & some chocolate covered strawberry's as a gift for us in our room, again, another nice gesture. We missed the place so much that we decided to return again in August, this time for 7 nights, yet again the hotel staff went above & beyond & arranged for another bottle of bubbly on ice & this time some delicious pastries but best of all they gave us a free upgrade to an executive room free of charge, yet again, another fantastic gesture! They really do know how to look after their guests! Every single member of staff is polite, professional, well dressed & always greet with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable with the biggest, most comfortable beds we have ever had the pleasure to sleep in, with soft luxurious pillows, you also get 2 pillows each, there is plenty of space to hang your clothes & the bathroom is fantastic, with an amazing rainfall shower, they also provide high quality products for use in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is so good with lots of choice from cereals, yoghurts, different kinds of breads with pots of honey & jams etc, an assortment of cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, vegetables, hot meat, scrambled eggs, fruit, some absolutely delicious pastries & cakes too, honestly there is so much choice at breakfast & the breakfast team of staff are all amazing & make the best Cappuccinos & coffees, I didnt get all the names but I must give a special mention to GoGo, he is our favourite & made such a fuss of us when he seen us return on our first morning & looked after us every day, he is an absolute credit to this hotel, as are all the breakfast crew! They have a fantastic rooftop terrace that overlooks the city centre with a great bar up there & again all the staff that work there are amazing, Simone makes amazing cocktails, I tried one he created himself & it was delicious, I had quite a few more, the hotel should add this one to their cocktail list, I'm sure it would be a big seller! I didn't get the girls' names, but they too were also fantastic, so polite & friendly! The reception staff were all amazing too, very polite & helpful, sorry I dont remember their names, but they are also a credit to this wonderful hotel. I must also mention the porters & the cleaners too, all do a great job! The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel, very clean & modern, it's in the perfect position in the centre of Rome, 3 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps, less than 10 minute walk to the Pantheon & Piazza Navona, 15 minute walk to the Colloseum, 15 minute walk to the Vatican, a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Trastevere area. The hotel also has a restaurant next door which serves delicious food, you also get 10% off when you're a guest in the hotel. We have stayed in many hotels but nowhere compares, we would never stay anywhere else when we visit Rome & we are already planning to return sometime soon. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all that visit Rome, you wont regret it!
