Although this was advertised as a B&B on a booking site is doesn't do breakfasts. That aside this was a good place which proved adequate for our needs. On the plus side as we were staying in Matera for one night on a visit from Naples the location was on the right side of the city for us to get to and from the coach stop. It is a little way out of the centre, but it was easy to find (I'm not sure some of the more central places would be). The room was large, newly fitted out and clean. the same goes for the bathroom. We were told that we could not check in until 4.00 pm but when we arrived at 1.00 pm expecting to just drop our bags off, we were met by a girl who allowed us to check in and gave us a map of the city. On the negative side the place is not manned, so once we'd been checked in the girl disappeared. On checking out the following morning we were met by the cleaner who told us to leave the key in the door and waved us off. This meant we had nowhere to put our bags and had to spend the whole day carrying them with us.
