Villa Miranda Lunamatrona

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Since we were the only guests they had plenty of time for us to show us around their farm. They had pigs which our son liked to watch. A pleasant surprise in the room was the turtle in the bed of our 2 year old son. In the end he could keep it and our son was a happy man. The room was large and bathroom also. Big bed and two single beds. I would recommed to add some decoration to brighten up the room. But it's a detail. We could also stay for dinner which we did twice in four nights. Our son was in bed we enjoyed the food very much. The fruit was from their own garden. When we left we got some fruit to bring to our next destination. The cooking was delicious like almost all Italian dishes. Here we had to taste the Sardinian kitchen, always a four course meal. This agriturismo is situated ideally to visit Barumini. We also spend a day at the beach in Torre dei Corsari which was a 50 minute drive. And we went to Cagliari by train leaving from the San Gavino trainstation. Unfortunately we couldn't make it for the Trenino Verde leaving from Mandas (20 minute drive). Our plan was to go by train to Sorgono but the only run on Saturday and Sunday.
