B&B Lauretum

We stayed at Lauretum for a week this August and have nothing but praise for the B&B. Our room was enormous and very cool - although we had a fan we never needed to use it as the breezes blew through the windows and cooled the room in the evening. It was all spotlessly clean, our bed was wonderfully comfortable (and we are fussy about beds!) and the bathroom was large and cool. The palazzo had an air of elegance and comfort you seldom come across nowadays - it was contemporary in decoration but redolent of the sophistication of times gone past. The family who run Lauretum are all charming and only too eager to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We will certainly recommend Lauretum to our friends, and also the town of Loreto Aprutino. We ate at the restaurant just next door (a bit hot), at La Girasole (delicious) and at the New Evo. The two museums are extremely interesting and the guides speak perfect English. We miss Loreto Aprutino and Lauretum! Thank you for our excellent stay with you all.
