This is a 1,000+ year old renovated farmhouse that is full of Tuscan charm with modern conveniences. Our meals were delicious fresh rustic Tuscan fare that we all enjoyed. Chef Valentino also cooked for us as well as providing our cooking class which was so fun. We enjoyed the Il Palagio di Panzano wines. Monia and her team looked after us with great care and made us feel at home. Everything was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had lots of questions and Monia and Irene answered everything we asked about life in Tuscany and producing Chianti Classico and olive oil. We enjoyed late afternoons, after a day out at wonderful hilltop towns, at the pool or on our terrace soaking up the Tuscan sun and taking in the stunning views. The village of Panzano is charming and we enjoyed walking into town. I loved my 8 days at Il Palagio di Panzano. Did I mention the stunning views! Honestly, the views were among the best in Tuscany. I have to say it was the whole Tuscan dream.
