The lady barely spoke Italian, although she had booked her room a month earlier, we waited a long time and we had to cause a disaster.

Weight

A star is too much for a hotel, and after seeing the room, I'd want to run away, dirt, broken, narrow wallpaper, a bed without a mattress and a rolling mattress, a mattress without a bottom, these are just some good reasons not to go.

It's scary.

After we complained to the manager of this facility the next morning we are assigned a double room normal with bathroom in the room and in addition the manager guarantees us a refund for the difference of the night spent of €10 and in addition offers the dinner in their agreed restaurant. After going to the restaurant and having consumed we are asked to pay for the dinner of €35,00 as the manager of the hotel has not notified anyone of the competence. After having offered the same details the manager reports that I realized and the dining room of the old hotel room has been in the old hotel room and in addition offers the dinner in their agreed restaurant.

It's a bad experience, and it's unrepeatable.

If you like the hipster genre, you can come here, pay too much to be in the shit. If you like the communist genre, you might like it too. I think I've spent the worst night of my life in this place, including wifi that doesn't work, supermarket breakfast and shared bathroom...

It was a nightmare.

Very nice and characteristic place at the park of nerves very beautiful plants and flowers even if we expected something more than past editions all organized in a diligent way point negative prices really expensive in restaurants for really poor food

We stayed overnight in this hostel. The hostel is well situated, the neighborhood is very nice. They listened to us for our arrival time. The room was spacious and very clean, only a little bemool the breakfast was very nice. We recommend this address.

Very clean and noisy youth hostel

Genoa is surprisingly poor at cheap hotels. These rooms were the cheapest when I was booking. The owner (or representative of the owners) is a Polish lady who speaks no English. Almost. I had to use my poor Italian. The apartment looks like rooms in Italian films of the neo-realist era. The photos of not Sophia Loren and Claudia Cardinale hung on the walls but Audrey Hepburn and Brigitte Bardot. Very clean. The Breakfast is acceptable. Luggage can be collected during the day, leaving the keys. The only drawback - in January cold at night. Very cold. This is a big problem in Italy and Spain when you`re traveling in winter.

Not so far from the station.

The hotel was taken from an old, big apartment. Our room had the inside bathroom but it wasn't very clean. It was generally good for one night, considering it's a star hotel. I found it a little negative to have to ask for the receipt of payment. The lady was still very kind. If I was the manager of this facility I'd take a walk around the ikea to give a look at the rooms and make them a little more presentable.

It's all right!

The always present and tireless Irena showed us her hospitality and her availability right away. She offered us at the same price a room larger than the one we booked, she was always punctual and professional, giving valuable and useful advice. The cozy and comfortable structure far exceeded our expectations as a result of the agreed price for the room. In addition to the location, comfort and cleanliness, we think, it is the people who make the difference...and Irena made the difference :) Learn hoteliers!!!

Surprising.

We stayed one night, friendly staff, large room and a nice breakfast to make you feel at home, recommended for short stops, and also close to the long sea and about 20 minutes from downtown.
