75 reviewsAfter a multi-day hike in the Dolomites, staying at the higher-altitude Rifugios, this place was an absolute delight. Large comfortable room with a beautiful balcony view across the mountains, radiators, private bathroom with towels and free hot shower, and even an overnight boot dryer (very much needed after days of hiking in the snow with soggy boots). The staff were friendly and helpful, the food delicious - especially the venision stew. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty (they even had krapfen - small local doughnuts filled with custard). They also serve a nice strong tea with rum. The valley it's located in is stunning, you could have a nice holiday just staying here, doing local walks and taking the cablecar. Would definitely stay here again.
