8 reviewsWe booked for one night on our way from Zurich to Siena and are happy we stayed with Sara. She is very friendly and in addition to italian has some french and some english. The house and room were spotless. The breakfast was tasty as we indicated we would like both a sweet and a salty (cheese and meat) selection. Sara loves to decorate and you will find every level surface with something attractive on it. The room had two large wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed tables so it was a bit crowded. Pillows were very good for sleeping. The main road is called Via Emilia and in someone's wisdom the dead end streets running off of it are called Via Emilia Est. We found at least three Via Emilia Est in Castelfranco so it was somewhat frustrating to find La Corte. And this Via Emilia Est is actually on the west side. Watch for the sign on the fence. And if you use Booking .com the address will be Ponte Samoggia which is actually the town next to Castelfranco. But once you are there you will be happy.
