We stayed at this hotel during the middle week of August. Already on our arrival a pleasant surprise, the owner had reserved a seat in front of the hotel for our car (excellent, considering the lack of free car seats in Liguria). Clean room, more than dignified size and punctual cleaning service. There is no air conditioning, but I would not have used it. The owners are very friendly and kind people (Lorenzo and his wife).

Excellent location 2 steps from the sea, 10 minutes from the free beach and a few minutes from the center of alassio. very nice owner available to any request and request. Very dated rooms, without air conditioner bidet positioned with an extra axis above the toilet that must be lifted to sit and go to the bathroom, a shame you have to be careful to support yourself because all dirty and crusted cleaning in general to review. High price despite specific reservation for the bridge of 2 June 238€ for 2 nights and 2 people only overnight without breakfast and without having lunch and dinners

Great location, friendly staff, dated rooms, high prices.

A small bathroom with no bidet with the possibility of washing in the toilet with doccino. Optimal location 2 minutes from the beach. Immediately below the hotel starts an alleyway leading to the center. In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Alassio and the main bowl. Sufficient cleanliness, you can certainly do more about the dust on the bed or furniture in general.

Sweet, without praise and without infamy

The owners are delicious people and always available. The structure is dated but very well maintained and the rooms are very cozy! The absence of air conditioning is not felt at all, you sleep very well even without it! Very good breakfast. Very clean rooms! To be a 2 star has a really good service, so for those who do negative reviews expecting 5 star service, take care. We will definitely return to you especially for the way we were treated and for the incredible proximity to the sea, 50 meters. Thank you!

Best place quality price by the sea

We stayed 3 nights, early August. Not all hotels accept 3 nights. We opted for B&B. We got informed by phone about the payment and they told us that they didn't have the pos so only cash. (just ask and don't take anything for granted...). It's an unpretentious hotel, the pros are the proximity to the sea, the bowl, the new elevator. The keys to the room are delivered and left to the customer, in the evening you enter through the secondary door (there's always someone in the lounge). It's an old structure with the cross-walled doors, the furniture in Liberty style (a little bit discounted).

The more you spend the more you have... if you want so much it's not the right place for you

Everything predictable, ligurian savings. Excellent residence and location, not looked after inside but only outside. Some rooms have scary infusions, the courtyards are scary for plants. They're precious and without any care, trashy, what a shame! a typical 70s reception, they haven't evolved and don't want to spend to make the living room pleasant.

This hotel is located in a fantastic location unfortunate that the managers do not care to keep the hotel a little more livable. The bedrooms are large but the furnishing although it is old is so neglected, the grapefruit is missing, the houses are crooked and falling.. the bathroom is not bidet. The breakfast room/breakfast/dinner room, is a nice patio with a shade and freshness but sin of little attention for example a porch is covered in sweet cold or rain, the other porch and the porch is not exposed to the side of the hotel.

He's a good cook, he's a good cook, he eats great, especially fish. Very close to the sea, the restaurant is in a garden.

Courtesy and Hospitality

The most striking thing was the hospitality and sympathy of the owner. Seeing the month (July) he also helped us to the parking lot by holding the keys to the car to park it himself. Great location (very close to the sea). The presence of the very new elevator from an extra touch to the hotel. It had frightened us not only the presence of air conditioning but also a ventilator and instead we were wrong. The typology of the walls and the proximity of the sea even made it so that we had to close the window to sleep.

went to this hotel with ledger holidays, the hotel is a 1 star, very basis but clean, very poor food expected a lot of Italian but got very basic english food ended up going out to eat.
