All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately USD 3 for adults and USD 8 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: USD 20 per vehicle (return)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: USD 0 (return), (up to 10 years old)
• Pet deposit: USD 3.0 per stay
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
