The non smoking room had a slight smoke smell. Management was very apologetic. While they were full so had no other room to move me to, they did come with a scent bomb which helped a little. Stay was pleasant enough. I occasionally have need of hotel accommodation in the Lynchburg area, and would stay here again.

Poor lighting in my room.Bathroom needs to be upgraded.Weak WiFi signal.Room arranged nicely.

it's an older motel. i have traveled a lot in my life and was extremely diapointed. the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the the wall. room 150. aircomditioning was not cold even set in 68. if it wasn't for the fact i was only spending the night from a 2 day conference i would never return and i don't think the management would care. spend the money elsewhere.

The room was disgusting and smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. All other rooms in the area were booked so I had no choice but stay. I purchased a blanket and pillow from Walmart and slept on top of the hotel bedding using what I purchased. I left my clothes in the car so they would not smell like the hotel. I didn't take a shower because I felt like I would have been dirtier after being in the hotel shower. There was a puddle outside of my door that was 3 inches deep. I had to jump over the puddle and onto the threshold of my door or my entire foot would have been submerged in water.

We stayed here the night before going to a music festival up the road because we wanted to be close by.  Our tent at the festival was a huge step up from this place.

I don't know if I can find the words to describe what we walked into.  The walls were mostly wood paneling.  The bathroom was straight out of the 1950's - seriously, pink and blue tile, and not in a good way.  The sink and tub drained eventually, but it took a good 20 minutes or so.  There was no window covering in the bathroom.  I kept expecting to see a face in the window, but thankfully, that didn't happen.

The room had a table and chairs that looked like yard sale finds.  Not good yard sale bargains, but the sort of thing that has been passed around a lot and is really tough to get rid of.

The beds - oh excuse me, I'm still having flashbacks to that bathroom.  I may need therapy to get over that.  Anyway, the beds were OK.  We showered, we slept, and we got the heck out of there.

It was an adventure.  Hopefully, a once in a lifetime adventure, because I do not want to repeat this.

I gave it a rating of one circle, because smaller fractions of circles are not available.  Otherwise, I'd have given it one pizza slice of a circle, and it gets that only because we didn't get axe-murdered in our sleep.

Like something out of a creepy movie

During a major power outage there were no other places to stay so we were forced to stay at this place.  The walls and the carpet were dirty, the bathroom was awful and there were people slamming doors for most of the night.  We were there for a few nights and the only way to get clean towels was to go to the office.  There was no housekeeper there.  The only good thing I can say about this place is that the sheets were clean and the AC was cold.  If you have a choice, please stay somewhere else.

STAY AWAY

I was shown one room when I got there and omg....The room heated with a single stand up heater and the carpet was filthy and rolling up on the floor.Next door the door was wide open I heard men cursing and being loud.I told the girl working the front desk NO I did not want that room.She recommended another room bigger then the one she showed me and it wasn't much better.The only thing about that room was the sheets very clean.The heater had to go off and I could not turn it off because it required a pair of pliers.behind the table beside the bed it was fithy.I really had no choice but to except this particular room because I had driven 2 hours and was tired and was offered 10 % off the room rate.wow what a discount for a terrible room.There was a family living across from me who had been there 2 months and every morning they would slam doors continueous.waking me up.I requested a late checkout due to visiting my family and one of the guys knocked at my door while I was showering wanting me out.I told him I had a late checkout and all he could say was WHY.How rude...Run for your life DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP....Just a warning... I have stayed at the Knights Inn and there rooms are much better and cheaper....
I did not stay at Knights Inn this time due to thinking since the name change from Thomas Motor Lodge to Bestway Inn they had updated the place and boy was I wrong.

RUN FAST....

Shower faucet, toilet flush, bathroom faucet  all broken.Bath room not clean

The lady who seems to run the motel single handed was very nice but that was about the only appealing part of my stay. The worst part was the smoky smell in a “non smoking” room. I’ve washed my clothes and Lysolled everything twice and still struggling to get that smell out of my things.

Smelly, dissatisfying stay.

You can everyone that walks past your room. The bathroom was nasty and the bed and furniture was nasty. I went out an bought disinfectant spray and Clorox spray. Needless to say I sprayed and wiped most of everything down before I laid down or touched it.
