All the people there were super nice and friendly,my kids loved the pool.Even though there was no free breakfast we still found a way to eat.I have only went to the Virginia Beach twice, but both hotel were great.

The staff was friendly and were quick to meet any needs or answer any questions we had.  Honestly , couludn't ask for any better service. We had an amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The room was clean and the kids loved the well maintained large pool.

Awesome stay here,the net time I go to Virginia Beach I will pick this place again.

This place was average as far as cost goes especially on a holiday weekend.  Beds were kind of hard and the pillows were so small and flat we had to go buy our own after the first night.  It was clean and did have a small refrigerator. A little tricky getting into the parking lot when coming in.  
 Unfortunately I left my dental retainer when we checked out and later called to see if it was turned in to lost and found and was told they don't keep anything found in rooms.  Well, let's just say they aren't turned in and held in case someone calls.  A retainer isn't something anyone would want to keep so it was thrown away.  Any establishment should keep items for at least a few days until patrons discover it may have been left,  especially costly things.  My expensive dental appliance is in the trash heap somewhere because this place doesn't hold on to things if left.  So please be careful if you stay here, make sure you have everything when you check out, you won't get it back if you leave something.  So with that being said, the room rate was reasonable but with the added cost of leaving an expensive item behind,  I could have stayed Oceanfront.

Just filed a complaint and concern to the Virginia Department of Health on their sanitary regulations. Floors are moldy, there was a cockroach in the sink, the place is infested (see pictures); sheets are stained with blood and other miscellaneous pathogens. This place inhabitable! The management clearly does not care about cleanliness. STAY AWAY!!!

The trip was ok as far as the beach. But the stay at this hotel was horrible. We kept getting bit up by bed bugs. Not only did they have bed bugs they got roaches. A roach scared me out of my sleep because it got on me and was crawling on my neck. A roach tried to get in the refrigerator but I killed it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one. I tried it because it was in my price range but if I knew it had bedbugs and roaches I wouldn't of picked that hotel. Smh
