Great location, walk to everything in Vail.  Mountain views with a fully equipped kitchen.

Smooth check in and great pricing with Vail Realty.  We even had groceries delivered to the condo prior to our arrival, very convenient.

Unit 402 was a two bedroom, beautiful remodeled condo with views of Vail Mountain.  It had a full kitchen and parking.  The master bed was very comfortable.  It was a short walk into Vail Village and right on the in town free bus.  I've stayed in many condos in Vail Village and this one is one of the best.  Great value for a family or couple.  It's very quite with no noise from the village partiers.

LOVE IT!!!!  Beautiful decor, everything looks brand new. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living space is so great, with high end furniture and great finishings - what a treat. The condo also have a murphy bed in living room and washer/dryer inside the unit, everything is clean and well looked after. We loved the location close to everything and quiet in the same time. 
Reservation process was fast with Vail Realty and they explained well about the location and the amenities. 
I would absolutely recommend staying at this condo to any friend or relative. Can't wait to go back!

We booked our 4 night stay through Vail reality.  My communication with Ross was excellent. 402 is very clean and recently updated (within past 2 yrs I would say).  The condo comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedrooms face the north which is Facing I70( which you do get road noise but not an issue with us)  and it has a long balcony . The front of the condo faces south which gives an excellent view of Vail Mountain.  There is no air conditioning in the condo but with the front screen window and the bedroom screen door open it allowed plenty of fresh air plus it got down to the 50’s each night so no issue. The condo is nicely decorated and had a very comfortable huge leather couch and 2 huge leather reclining chairs. The location is prime and easy walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead.  The pictures you find on the condo are accurate. The price I received was very excellent seeing most places can run 2-3 times higher. I would stay here again. 

Scorpio is a great location between Village and Lionshead.  Great Value rented by a company called Vail Realty.  I stayed in #301.....GREAT Condo, granite kitchen, HD TV's, nice mountain view also.  I want to stay there again!

Great Condo

First, the good news: brilliant location, excellent wifi, nice view from small balcony with BBQ, washer & dryer, relatively quiet, beds were comfy, steam shower in main bathroom, keypad entry. Vail Realty handled arrangements easily and responded quickly to 2 minor requests.

Next, the bad news: Scorpio building is uninviting and needs attention. Unit is drab. Need to replace: furniture, dishware, glassware, flatware, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, bed linens, pillows. Sliding doors and windows need maintenance and security features. Windows were filthy  and all heat registers extremely dusty.

A month in Scorpio #301

Booked a last minute trip to vail. Scorpio #302. Looks nothing like the pictures. Take a look. No air?? It was cleaned? Paint chipping off walls/ carpet coming off ground- fixtures loose on wall and hand towel cane off when used towel first time. Paid for 4 nights. Luckily 4 Seasons has availability. Out of here tomorrow!!

Don’t!

This condo is extremely poor. Although the amenities did not list A/C the website should state that there is none as Vail in the summer can be extremely hot and without A/C this condo is very stuffy and unpleasant. The front of the condo is on a walkway near the elevator - the pictures are deceiving and make it appear as if this is a balcony - it isn't!. The front window does not lock and the maintenance person from Vail management basically refused to fix it and even told me to perhaps book something else when I reported this after we checked in on a Sunday. They have put some form of a catch on the window which is simply appalling and to be renting anything which is unsecure is disgraceful. The overall maintenance of the condo is awful and the whole place needs urgent repair. Beds are uncomfortable, the sofabed is a joke, the kitchen is a mess and whoever is responsible for cleaning is obviously not doing their job - every plate, glass, knife, fork and cooking utensils are filthy. Avoid this place at all costs to avoid a disappointing experience and avoid using Vail Management as they simply do not care.
