The people were friendly. The room was amazing - large and roomy, large bathroom and walk-in closet. And a coffee shop right across the street. Who could ask for more? There is a gift shop, under renovation, but they let me check it out and I found they had much that was locally made, and that is something that rates very high with me

Located in a quiet neighborhood and yet easily accessible to major roads.  Our room was large and very clean.  Adequate food and water for our three day stay.  We would highly recommend this B and B for anyone.

This colorful, well decorated condo is a cool retreat. Rent all 4 rooms and enjoy a great house party. The large dining /living room is a perfect family hang-out. 
The hosts welcome you and disappear to their condo next door. No more to be seen unless needed. 
On hand: Generous fruit drinks in your own frig and fancy coffee machine. Milk and yogurt plus fresh fruit. Bagels and English muffins.  
If you want a sit down breakfast with eggs, there’s a lovely coffee shop just down the street that also has a delicious panini for lunch. 
Association swimming pool privileges. Closest one was closed but another farther one was open.

The place to stay!

Great place to stay

Room was cute and clean.  Small bathroom and only one mirror.  Could use a mirror in the bedroom area.   Converted townhouse with only two rooms on our  floor.   Common area between rooms  provided cereal, bagels, fruit and coffee.  Microwave and toaster.  Refrigerator in room with juice, bottled water and cream cheese.   No hot breakfast.  Housekeeping every other day, which is usual, however housekeeper didn't straighten bed, creamers were spoiled (left note) and no new creamers provided till following day.   Swimming pool a block away behind a coffee shop.  Owner provided suggestions of restaurants, mostly Mexican and from 5 to 13 miles away.   Nothing within walking distance.   Arizona Sonora Desert Museum over a 45 minute drive.    It was a long drive to anything we wanted to see.   Location very inconvenient.

Let me just start off by saying that I did not stay at the hotel, I can only comment on my interaction with whoever I spoke with on the phone and left me stranded without a place to stay in the middle of the night. I am a physician, respectful traveler and have stayed all over the world ranging from hostels to upscale hotels. This was my single worst interaction with anyone in the hospitality industry period. 

I only booked this place because it was in close proximity to a trail race I was running the following day. My flight was delayed and because it is a small establishment I checked both my reservation confirmation as well as the website to see if there are any special stipulations about checking in. There was absolutely nothing listed. While I was in flight, my husband at home received a series of bizarre calls from whoever was working that night, first stating that he would be finding me another hotel because I was going to be checking in outside of standard check in hours, then another call saying nevermind. I had received a text noting to let them know a half hour before my arrival so that they could let me in without disrupting others. This is exactly what I did. The Tucson airport is about 25 minutes away so as soon as I got my rental car and luggage (which per usual took forever), I called whoever I spoke with on the phone and told them I was heading in from the airport. Everything seemed fine and he told me that he would let me in when I got there. When I was about 2 miles away from the place I received a hostile, frankly paranoid and frightening call back from the same person saying that I was not welcomed there and they could not accommodate me due to check in rules and quiet team. He repeatedly said on the phone "you purposely booked a late flight." So here I am stranded in Tucson after a flight delay by myself in the middle of the night as a solo female traveler. Luckily I quickly found another place on hotels.com, but this kind of behavior is bizarre, negligent, and frankly potentially dangerous had I not been able to find another place to stay. This is getting reported to many outlets.
