I always seem to check in late and the staff is very accommodating.  Easy, convenient, clean, comfortable.  I have stayed here many times and will stay again.

The manager took apart my bathroom sink to retrieve an earring that I dropped down there and refused the tip I offered him as a sign of my appreciation! Couldn't be more impressed!

there was a mistake in the reservation, the hotel did not see it, but did accommodate me and found me a room.  It was small but very comfortable and clean.  The gentlemen who was the manager was so very pleasant and did everything he could to assist me and my party in getting a room for the evening.  I took a card because I will definitely return and give this Inn my business, plus the views of the lake across the street are breathtaking.

The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for an inn. Beautiful views and overall a nice place.

clean and convenient place. Lot’s of parking space, nearby a lake with beautiful view. Service desk is very friendly and helpful. No breakfast though, only self made coffee available.. No hair-dry or cups for teeth brushing in Bath room. Anyway, good place for saving cost for just a good sleep during travel.

View wise it's a fantastic location. Unfortunately the road it's on is super busy and crossing to get to lake feels dangerous.  They are clearly in the middle of renovations,  we had a newer room, brand new paint and carpets and bluetooth built in to bathroom mirror which was super cool. However, no safety bars in bathroom, nor a shelf in bathroom and floors are super slippery when wet, and no dresser or places to put or hang clothes so I hope they are still a work in progress. But it was a great one night stop, happy to have found the place, I hope it does well!

They are renovating room by room over time.  My room, 313, was renovated and nice but needs some details.  Needs a shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo or maybe the new dispensers, Needs a chair in the room, no place to sit except the bed.  No place to hang clothes.  No light by bathroom mirror which would be great. Needs a small table to sit at for people traveling for work and want to use a tablet or laptop.

Check in was prompt and there was a sweet small upon entering the room. It was a compact room with a double bed and small flatscreen television (but lots of channels) on the drawer unit (which were missing handles). There was a bedside table and coffee machine (FYI: no fridge or microwave). The shower was compact and the air con felt a little noisy given it was soo close to the bed, and a coffee cup under the bed from a previous guest. There was free snacks and water available too. There was a simple breakfast of cereal, bagels, doughnuts, fruit, yogurt, juice etc. It was clean and value for money so can’t really complain about anything. Glenn and Edie were both friendly and helpful and the views of the Lake at this place were great.

Great views but a little compact

Winnisquam Lake Inn is a charming place to stay in a very scenic area. We were impressed with the unassuming yet inviting appearance and the clean accommodations. Edie was very pleasant and made us feel at home. Our room was quiet although we stayed after the summer season, so perhaps we benefited from there being fewer guests in the building. There was a wide breakfast assortment, and we appreciated the availability of snacks and beverages during our stay. The view of the lake was wonderful in the morning, and we only wish we could have spent more time here. We will be back.

Charming stay with wonderful hospitality

This place is clean and has great amenities and sweet innkeepers. 

It is on a busy road, so we did not check out their beach (lake is across the street). Most rooms have views of the lake with chairs and a table in front of their rooms on the deck as well as two larger decks with tables to use. 

The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and dinette set. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, shampoos and such.  The shower was weird, maybe made for handicapped people. The drawers were very difficult to open, but there were plenty of plugs and the tv had good channels. 

The innkeepers are sweet. There is 24/7 coffee and a nice continental breakfast in the morning .

It is near the outlets, and we stayed after a concert at the Bank of Pavillion center 20 minutes away.

It's a good price with kind people, and I would stay again for a short stay.

Sweet Innkeepers

We stayed one night at the Winnisquam lake Inn while attending a concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. We were very happy with our stay. All check in and out procedures were very easy and efficient, our room was clean and comfortable, and met all our needs. We appreciated the snacks and coffee available! We would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Great Choice!

The cheapest place in town if you get their smallest ``European style" room,. The smallest rooms are very basic and small by American standards, but about double the size of some rooms in other developed countries. It would have been nice if the room had a chair and/or some hooks on the wall to hang some cloths. Great view of the lake from the office/breakfast area and the deck. 24-hour k-cup coffee machine with some snacks. A very nice continental breakfast: bananas, oranges, apples, OJ not from concentrate, yogurt, oatmeal, and various pastries. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The desk is not open 24 hours, but they give you a handout with their phone numbers to call.
