The Log House Lodge Bed & Breakfast

We had a brilliant nights stay at the log house. The room was excellent; really comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with great company. Maureen was an excellent host, she provided great recommendations and we loved every minute of our visit. 

Maureen is a gracious and hospitable host. Her knowledge of the area, the history and the wildlife is extensive which makes her an excellent conversation companion.
The lodge is beautiful and located in very quiet area. The decorations are very suited to the locale and the house has a very homey feel to it. The Rosebud room has an excellent bed, a desk and a beautiful ensuite walk-in shower. Everything was extremely clean. The small touches were not forgotten such as customs little signs with relevant information and a little thing as air freshener in the bathroom was appreciated. There were some drinks and homemade cookies available which was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was prepared at the time of our choosing and was an absolute delight. Maureen prepared some corned beef hash with eggs and cheese which I had never had before but which I wouldn't mind having again. There is a big outdoor seating area which allows for comfort whilst watching the hummingbirds feed.

So all in all one of the best B&B I have ever been to. If you agree in the area I very much recommend the Log House Lodge.

The Log House is just perfect! It is really nice, cozy, quiet, clean and very charming! And the breakfasts are so amazing! Delicious!
And the owner was fantastic.  She knows everything about the region and always guided us to make the perfect choice of our day. She guided us for the restaurant too, and we founded very good place to eat near the house.It is really close of the Sequoia National park.
We spended 3 days at The Lodge House and we loved it!!!

What a terrific location! This beatiful maison is embedded in the nature, only 3 bedrooms for guests and an exquisite breakfast cooked by the host. Perfect if you look for calm and relax and very close to the Sequoia Park. 

This place is fabulous . The views are wonderful and the host is fantastic.  Easily the most relaxing and homely B & B we've been in.

We were looked after very well in a very comfy B&B. The breakfasts were superb and were served by our friendly host. It was nice watching the humming birds on teh feeders hanging from the front of the house.

I have limited English so I may not good to describe how I like the stays. The owner was very very friendly and prepared the handmade foods. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. It is a wonderful place to share fun with families.

We stayed in the High Sierra room while attending a wedding at a nearby ranch. Although we don't normally frequent B&Bs, the location and the price were super attractive to us and turned out to be a fantastic place to stay. Mauriene prepared a wonderful savory breakfast using fresh eggs from her chickens and both her and Tim were wonderful hosts with tremendous knowledge of the local area. We felt very comfortable and fortunate to experience such a special place. Highly recommended if you want to experience western charm at it's finest.

WOW...beautiful B&B.  Maurine & Tim were perfect hosts.  Incredible views & the breakfast every morning was amazing!!! Enjoyed meeting people from all over the world too.  Our suite was super clean and comfy. We LOVED our stay at The Log House Lodge and would sure recommend it.  Thank you for making us feel at home and so comfortable.  Hope to visit again sometime!!!

Enjoyed our stay at The Log House Lodge. Maurine was a great hostess and made sure we were well taken care of. We had some muffins/coffee for our early day, and a tasty breakfast the day we left. Our suite was comfortable and quiet. The property grounds and views are beautiful, and we really enjoyed watching the many hummingbirds which would feed from the feeders that lined the deck. The proximity to Sequoia can't be beat.
