The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great..

The hotel was easy to find. You can see it from a few streets over.  The lobby was nice, check in was fast, nice employees. Well equipped coffee stations. Excellent breakfast. Big rooms. No safe provided. All surfaces sticky, otherwise clean. Layout is a little wonky with separate bath & toilet area.  Bed uncomfortable.

Extremely clean! Bed/Linens very comfortable! Excellent breakfast! And we loved the layout of the suite.

Every time I'm in Houston/Rosenberg area, this is the best hotel to stay at. Plenty of space. I love this place

Great area, was in town for cheer and everything was near.

The staff was amazing I would definitely give 2 thumbs up

Check in was great. Lots of shopping in area.

House keeping  never came a single time. We were there for 4 days. We asked.  Nope.  They forgot all 4 days. They came at 4 pm one day to ask if they could clean. We had been gone from our room all day and then asked to clean at 4pm. Check in was slow. Breakfast was not good. My sone got sick from the breakfast burritos

Yikes.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this Springhill Suites. The room was large (we got the two queen bed with pullout couch room) and very clean. We really appreciated the split bathroom with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and sink in the other. It made getting ready in the morning much easier. Breakfast had very good hot and cold options - my son said the scrambled eggs were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had (and he is very picky about his eggs). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and building felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, close to a lot of places to eat, and even though I could hear people while I was walking down the hall I couldn't hear them in my room.That being said. The 7:30 am false alarm fire alarm when I was planning to sleep in till 10 was a bit alarming, no pun intended.And then my pillows smelled of cologne. Not the cases. The pillows. I ended up taking them to the front to get new pillows and even the front desk person said they dont smell like their normal refresher spray.

Weird Experience

This is a decent property, good for those who are traveling for work snd need to stay in that area. Overall, the property is old. It has been renovated but the signs of wear are still very obvious. I must admit that the shower was my major issue and the water. I had a feeling that I was pouring oil on myself in the shower. The water was very soft and the shower head barely produced any water. There was simply no pressure. Also minor, but having lotion in the room would have been great. All the rest is just normal nothing special.
