Went for a conference with my union, every single staff member was amazing. Other than the ice going in the water I never would have known anyone was back there setting up food, they were so quiet. My room was great, bed was comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure…personally not a fan of the scent of the products but that’s a non issue for me, I always bring my own anyway! Seriously only complaint I could make is I really wish the pool would open earlier, 8 is too late when you are there for meetings…and I like to swim every morning. I will definitely put this hotel on my list to go back to when I visit Spokane again.
