This is the third time we've rented in this city, and each year we enjoy it more. The units are very comfortable, and the office service is very efficient and professional.

Beautiful little bungalow. Two beds and two baths were perfect for family.  The updates made it feel fresh and new. Make sure you bring shampoo its not provided.  However soap, starter dish washer tablets and soap is in the unit.  If you need to do laundry you'll need to buy soap for that.  Our only negative is that there were few blankets.  The week we stayed was in the low 50's and it got chilly.  The location is great to walk to the beach.  Great places to eat.  Lots of shells to pick and the beautiful white sand that never gets hot.  We had a wonderful time.

The property is in a great location to walk to the beach & local restaurants. The provided beach chairs and cooler was a plus. More coffee could have been provided for the length of my stay. If laundry soap was provided for the beach towels I would have started the washing machine upon departure.

We were very happy with our stay at this property.  We had 4 adults and 2 smaller children and it fit all our needs.  They provided a cart with beach chairs and a small cooler to bring to the beach, and we were within walking distance to the beach.  It was quiet and our kids were able to have a pool basically to themselves.  We had our own patio table to sit outside our own place and there was seating by pool.  There was ample parking.  The air conditioning worked amazing and each room had a tv with plenty of things to watch.  The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and everything worked.  We were also within walking distance of a few restaurants/bars/7-11 if we didn't want to drive.  The outside and inside were clean.  It would have been nice to have a little more seating in the living room and the couch was a cream color with spots, but that really is the only complaint and very minor since we were not inside often.  We would come back.

Property was in good condition, close to dining & grocery shopping and the beach.

Great family vacation

Very spacious and close to trolley stops. Beach was a short walk and nice.Pool area and our breezeway could have been cleaned better. Umbrella flew out during a wind storm and went into the pool. We took it out but it had been damaged before and should have been replaced. Pool chairs need replaced. 2 beach chairs were broke and management was quick to replace them. Would love to return in the future!

The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Some of the windows didn’t seem to be closed all the way and occasionally noise could be hear both inside and outside the house but overall it was a quiet area. Easily walkable to the beach. Pool was a little small and was surprisingly deep on 1 end. Sitting area by pool was nice. Pool felt almost private most of the time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bianca Sands in Siesta Key.  We were extremely excited to be only a three minute walk from the beach.  We got to enjoy some amazing Sunsets.  The unit itself was extremely comfortable for a family of five.  The bedrooms are large with king size beds.  There was a pull out sofa as well.  The kitchen was awesome, considering we made Thanksgiving dinner.  We also celebrated my wife’s birthday and the proximity to restaurants were awesome.  We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay with Beachside Management in the future.

Thanksgiving/Birthday

The house waa clean and in great condition. Beach access but the beach area was small and mostly filled by hotel beach chairs so it was better to drive to the public beach access close by. 5 min drive.Pool was small. On the first day the garbage area was full and it stunk really bad but then finally was cleared the next day. The center is 10 min driveWater was perfect. The house has towels and chairs and cooler.There were hammocks around the house and tables to sit around outside.Overall satisfying.

Condo was just as cute as it looks in pictures and very clean. The outdoor pool area is a little small and could use upgrading. It was very quiet and when inside you couldn’t hear much outside noise. Roomy 3 bedrooms/2 bath with 3 different private outdoor seating areas. 3 block walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for the price point.

Pretty Place!

Parking is very limited. Booked for 12 people, had 3 vehicles for 3 Families.we asked at check in where we could park the 3rd vehicle as we were only given 2 parking passes. We were told there was a guest spot next to the dumpster across from the assigned parking. It was dark when we arrived and we did not see the curb marked no parking.  Came back from the beach the next morning just in time to stop the vehicle from being towed. Was crabbed at by management of property by the dumpster, turns out it’s a competitor of management where we stayed. What a terrible way to start our vacation.

Stuck in middle of management war.

Beautifully decorated, modern and bright, spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels were very useful. Loved being so close to a quieter beach and to the only snorkeling point in Siesta Key. Easy access (keypad entry). Pool available, but haven't used it. Would sefinitely love to come back!

Rooms were spacious and the common areas (patios) were great for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. The location was very close to the beach and walking distance to a few bars and convinience store. We rented 4 units, 3 were great, 1 had a few problems. Linens were dirty, we found roaches under the blankets and pillows. Also the refrigerator was broken and had to be replaced. The service was good and prompt. Other than the dirty room and broken fridge, the rest was good. They cleaned room and replaced fridge promptly.
