This motel was clean and convenient for a day at the beach/boardwalk. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Very clean rooms. Close to boardwalk. Easy check in and out. Staff was very friendly.

Honestly the perfect stay if you want something a little cheaper priced at the shore. Very quiet and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again when we go back!

My stay was great and fast check in. Close to the beach and the rooms were sizable and clean.

The interior space and grounds were immaculate. The bathroom fixtures and floor and wall tile appeared to be new.  The bedding was clean and comfortable.  The carpeting and hard floor were very clean and in excellent condition.  On site parking was easy and convenient.  I will definitely stay here again.

Went for a weekend stay. It was very clean, well kept, staff was very nice at check in. Close walk to the boardwalk. It took us about 10 mins or less to walk with all of our beach stuff. Would love to stay here again! 😊

Super friendly staff and rooms are clean. Extended our stay with no issues.

This place does its job for a place to stay and take a shower on a trip to the beach. Nothing too spectacular but no complaints either. The room was cleaned well on the surface, comfortable bed and good size room. Only cons: There were some ants and only one nightstand. I would stay here again especially for the close distance walk to the boardwalk!

Perfect little motel only about 1 block from the board walk .

Excellent, clean accommodations

Beach Motel

The rooms were modern and very clean. The rooms were mini suites with a living room, kitchenette complete with an oven and stove, a small table and a separate bathroom and separate bedroom. They were perfect for a couple. There was off steet parking.  The facility was just two and a half blocks from the boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again. Please note the bedroom was tight and there was no room for an extra bed, but if you were a single or couple it was perfect. There was also very little natural lighting as the window was into the parking lot, but the lights on the room were bright enough.  The air conditioner worked really well despite us being in a heatwave.

Perfect for our needs. Hotel is close to the boardwalk but far enough that it’s quiet at night. Simple furniture but had everything we needed. The best part was that the owners are amazing. Super friendly at check in, which is by itself a huge plus, but it gets better! We left a precious item behind and she mailed it right to us the next day - wow what excellent hosts!! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Excellent hosts

The Thunderbird motel is very convenient to the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Just a couple of blocks away. The staff at the Thunderbird was very friendly, helpful and addressed any issues at any and all times. If you want a decent and convenient stay near the beginning end of one side of the boardwalk, this is the place to go to.

I'm currently here with my family (3 kids and husband). The owner was very accommodating. We arrived early and he let us park so we could take the kids to the beach until our room was ready. Everyone has been very friendly. The room is on the small side but has everything we need. It is clean. I reserved a suite with 2 rooms. 1 room has an air conditioner but the other one stays hot. Aside from that, we are happy with the location and will rent from this family again.

Simple, clean, quiet, but not charming. The balcony looks over the road and there's quite a lot of construction going on. The area is a little ugly, but not unexpectedly so. Our suite was spotless, and the AC worked like a charm. The Having a fridge and mini-kitchen was great, but be prepared that there are no supplies: no cups, for example. Customer service was excellent; when there were no parking spots available, a staff member called me back immediately to figure out what to do.
