Aiden by Best Western Scottsdale North

My sister and I were staying on vacation here a few weeks ago and the rooms were wonderful and the hotel was absolutely beautiful after the remodel. We just want to make a shout out to ROB at the restaurant/bar!! My sister was in an accident years ago and has a lot of injuries so the hot tub before bed truly helps her have a good nights sleep. So we went down to the hot tub before bed one evening and it was filled with young boys that must have been at the hotel for some sort of sporting event. Long story short, we didn't feel comfortable going to the hot tub while they were there. I asked Rob if he wouldn't mind calling us when the boys left since he had a view of the hot tub. About 15min later he called us to let us know they had left and the hot tub was all ours. So we then enjoyed our evening in the hot tub! We tried to leave him a monetary tip to thank him but he would not accept it, so we would just love to give him ...and the hotel.. a shout out here for how wonderful he was to us and how the Best Western will hopefully recognize what a value he is to your hotel! We also heard from a lot of people in the bar area how awesome he is and I'm sure many do not take the time to let management know about this!
