We have lived here for 9 months. The "customer service" people at the front office are terrible at helping any concern at all. My boyfriends $10,000.00 custom street bike was stolen right out of the so called secured parking lot. The complex took 3 months to even look at the cameras to try and get us any information about the incident. We were used to living in houses with garages and thought that with the $2200 we pay a month for an apartment our belongings would be safe, thought wrong. They sent an email to us stating there was nothing they could do. My car has had theft attempt on it 4 different times since January. Although this complex looks nice it is not safe. Our remotes to get into the parking structure have been programed 3 different times and still they do not work. It's funny how crooks can enter the complex but the residents who live here cannot even get in. After being concerned about both of our luxury cars Leslie at the front desk said she'd note our account and she did not. To give me piece of mind she made a scribble on a sticky note and said "well someone tried to get into your car on accident." That's hilarious because my car is the only car of that model and color in the 5 story parking garage. The least the people in the front office could do is be NICE. And understand that if residents do not feel safe here they could at least note the account for when the next incident happens. We moved in here because we ran out of time for looking into places to live. If you have the time look around, you can get the same size places for less money with safer surroundings many places in San Diego. My friends have all suggested their areas over where we mistakenly chose to live. This place IS NOT WORTH IT.

Bad Service No Safety

although the apartment is beautiful and it has great amenities, the front desk attendants do not care about the well being of the people that live there. you can have a neighbor threaten you and all they do is write a note in the computer... then when cars get towed....which is EVERY NIGHT.... they are on top of it being heartless jerks with excuse after excuse as to why they towed the car. oh and ps the security guard gets to park in the handicap spot to help the towing company look in all the cars.... clearly their priorities need to be looked at. Oh and while they are looking at cars to tow there have been multiple break ins. along with turning water off every month with no advance. i had to go to work one day with no shower bc they gave no notice. I am absolutely fed up with this place.
