100% good, parkig, 5 minutes by car to everything...1 minute walking to the beach.
Lovely place to stay...

A friend and I recently rented a condo at Floranada for a quick vacation in Pompano. I cannot say enough about the ease of reservation, follow-up and the facility itself. Located a block from the beach and many restaurants, it has a beautiful pool and other residents were very welcoming. Our condo owner attended to every detail that made our stay one to remember. Will stay longer next time. 

Much better than expected and excellent value. I have stayed at so many places in the area (most not worth writing about) that I went in with caution. We stayed for 5 days right after Christmas with my wife and 2 kids. I was pleasantly surprised with the room (1 bedroom), very clean, full kitchen which need nothing but groceries, comfortable, neat place all around. Very close to the beach and the facilities are very well taken care of by Alan, the proprietor. I will definitely recommend and will visit again.

Friendly, fun, fantastic Floranada

Little Gem

Nice place, clean, a block from Pompano beach, really quiet neighborhood

Just a block from the beach; but the apartment, while nicely furnished with ample bedroom and bathroom storage, is a bit worn. The kitchen cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint, pot holders and a basket for the sink drain. There’s no dishwasher (and a sign indicating the cleanliness of dishes can’t be guaranteed per a particular code, and a sign noting a $20 fee for leaving dirty dishes). The walls are thin enough to hear the tv next door. Some light switches were chipped or missing the knob (just a piece of metal to flip the switch), and one fixture only worked by turning the bulb itself. Nice pool and patio space, but wouldn’t stay there again. 

Great location, but...

We had a reservation payed since July 30th - 5 August, when we arrived never find the "manager", he left a cell number at the window office and after 5 calls he never help us to came to the room!
Finally we was gone to a really hotel!!
Don't booked!!
