Just because u slap a new sign on the street and get girls who wear heels in the office isn’t going to change the place. The new staff are all stuck up and rude. They wear fake smiles when they look down on you. We are made to feel like criminals in our own homes. We are not responsible for the violence in the the hotel or area but feel that we are the cause from the condescending manner in which we are spoken to. If u get upset with their insane rules and stupid new procedures watch out Olga and Yasmine will threaten to kick you out. My key was demagnetized no access to another until morning. I literally slept in my car for the entire night. 
Many who live here are struggling and don’t have money for food let alone the amenities that were included in our monthly/weekly rent. We all ABRUPTLY were told we are no longer able to receive, toilet paper, towels, not sheets. But wait the laundry room is closed until further notice. Bcz of broken pipe. I have been blessed w a car but what about the families who do not have one? Or those who have disabilities. Thank God for dollar tree we can get toilet paper across the street. 
Security leaves at 10pm that’s when all the homeless, drug dealers and street walkers come out to play hayyyy!!  Rooms are repeatedly broken into by a few people staying there but management is not there no security. No measures put in place to stop it either. So get renters insurance or you will be left with nothing. At least Nic lived here. He understood what people were faced with. He didn’t judge or look down on others. The owner has rented it out pretending not to be involved with daily operations bcz pomona threatened to have this place shut down. 
Run run like the wind don’t get caught up in this Drama. If u are willing to fight with us it’s at your own risk.  We all hate management and working to get them overthrown!! Pray we do, better pray they give you roach bombs and caulking. Sealer for your ac and door or you will be sorry.

Staff even worse

i’ve only been in my room 4 hours and killed 6 or 7 roaches from the front door to even the pillows, manager said they only do house keeping once a week, rooms stink, graffiti on furniture, drug addicts all over property, hookers rampant at night, sticky floors, exposed box spring is stained and filthy, walls have stuck on food and other gunk, microwave and fridge are disgusting....leaving at sun up and getting refund, if you value your health PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! currently 2 am and all lights on to watch out for more roaches 😖

RUN AWAY

I had to stay here for several months...due to financial constants. ..well no breakfast barely drinkable coffee in the mornings...this is not a kid friendly place..their are kids there....but only a few parents actually watching them close....plus if kids are crossing to the next building please be careful in the parking lots... a few unsavory types hanging out on most days and the nights can get bad...the vending machines are usually well stocked but they charge 50 cents for ice? They do have on site laundry...lots of stores and some fast food places close by....the rooms are a decent size ...They have some two bedroom suites...as well as some 1bedroom with living rooms...It's convenient to have the kitchen with full size appliances..No cooking utensils pots or pans..No silverware provided...The maids do a better job than most. at some cheaper motels...at least they try hard to please..so does the maintenance crew...Parking in the rear feels unsafe sometimes....but I never experienced a problem ...would I recommend it?...No...pay extra if at all possible to stay somewhere else...unless your a single man and don't mind the strange night life..that can happen here....lol 
I have seen a bug or two but when I informed the management they either moved me immediately or sprayed immediately. .or both....internet is sporadic in some rooms better in others...cable is only a few channel's

Motel?

Great motel,all the times I've stayed here has been a pleasure     me and my family prefer this motel cause there customer service is excellent. Pool is the main thing my kids love it. Rooms are always clean. Haven't had any  bad experiences  here. I love the spacious rooms and the price is right.!

GOOD MOTEL 2 👍 THUMBS UP

Currently laying in the bed covered with random itchy crawly feelings afraid of bed bugs like never before. I had finally loosened up trying to fall asleep while I keep telling myself "it's not that bad" after the last hotel down the road we had checked into the worst room that smelled awful of cigarette smoke and had brown stains in bathtub, coffee creamers stuffed in holes, dust and hair and much much more, we tried again at another hotel... cringe... so we moved down the road trying to find something more suitable and landed here.... anything was impressive after the last... needless to say. I have heard doors slamming which isn't so bad.... BUT there is dirt, brown marks, stains, chips and wax on the walls floors sinks side tables, everywhere! I told myself to go to sleep to just get out of here as soon as possible and as I almost fell to sleep a tickling sensation almost like a crawling feeling was up my leg. Eek... I prayed for one thing. No bugs. I let go of the Slight smoke smell. I let go of the brown goo lining the whole floor and ceiling. The dirty unwashed bed covers. The wax spills. But bugs cross the limit for me. I have yet to SEE anything but shall finish this review after my stay to verify. 
No sleep. Slept with the lights on to keep the highly likely cockroaches and *holding my breath that my room did not have them* bed bugs at bay a little bit. I still think I would have felt better sleeping in my car. I layed personal blankets down on the bed and pillows before allowing my kids to touch anything. I wore flip flops EVERYWHERE. I dare not shower in that scary probably dirty shower. The cushioned seat that should have been mostly green was stained brown and smelled like cheap men's cologne had been sprayed all over it. The side of the fridge had food and grease splatter down the side and the stove top had grease as well on it.. I heard lots of cursing and the "f" word yelled a lot all night and into the morning. I opened my blinds in the morning to find they left the window open and the screen had holes in it as well as was filthy.  Not to mention that there was a group of what appeared to be people one drugs chains moving outside their room twitching and yelling and each other. Honestly I see that the managements trying in some areas like they have replaced the carpet with wood flooring. Perhaps they do not have a lot of money to spare to improve or their clientele  does not help things. Never the less I would never never never stay there again. I think a piece of my soul died there in the terror and despair of sleeping amongst the drug impaired ranting lunatics outside, the germ infested, stinky, totally assumable bug filled room. In the morning no one even thought to go check the breakfast. I would never eat food prepared in that building..... time to knock it down or begin a fumigation to clear the druggies and roaches. Never. Again.

I'm scared

Where should I start?!? This "Suite" was very dirty when we walked in. The walls looked like they have not been cleaned in years. The trash can lid was filthy. The Fridge must have been going out because it "barked" at us and kept my friend up all night. We stayed 2 night and on the second night, we came back to the motel and there were cops there arresting people. We did not dare to walk on the floor barefoot. We saw a few roaches. There was a love seat in the room and I have no clue what was on it plus it smelled horrible. They were also stained. The beds did not have a blanket under the coverlet. Everyone knows not to use the coverlet/comforter at a motel so we had  to cover up with the beach towels we had brought with us. I would recommend to NEVER go here, EVER. No Hairdryer. The remote did not work for the tv. The shelves were gross. The water pressure in the shower was like taking a shower in a prison (not that I have been there personally). It is a maze to get to your room. The railings are gross. The pictures on the website are far from the actual rooms. WIFI only works in one room.

This Motel SUCKS

I was staying there for one month. I had to deal with coackroaches the entire time. I ve told the front desk people and manager many many times and they didn t do much. I asked to be move to another room several time. After 3 weeks and waking up with a coackroach in my bed, they finaly move me to another room. First thing I saw opening a drawer : cockroach ! The next morning, I woke up dicovering my entire body was covered with bed bugs bites. That hotel was a complete nightmare!!!
